We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Project Development Manager to join our team dedicated to developing medium-sized photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects (1-10 MW) across Italy.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage all project development phases, from grid connection applications to "ready-to-build" status, coordinating with various professionals, including site researchers, technical designers, and those handling accounting and budgeting.
- Oversee and manage authorization procedures, liaising with relevant entities and authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals, organizing on-site meetings, and drafting formal communications for public and private bodies.
- Contribute to planning and monitoring budgets, timelines, and objectives, ensuring compliance with established goals.
- Analyze national, regional, and local regulations related to permitting and plant construction.
- Prepare presentations and lead internal meetings, primarily in English, to update the team and foreign partners on project progress.
- Depending on the candidate's experience, they may also manage 1-2 team members reporting directly to the Project Development Manager.
Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields (we will also consider other qualifications based on experience).
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings with authorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in developing photovoltaic or agrivoltaic plants, especially those connected in medium voltage and authorized through simplified procedures (PAS).
- Master's degree in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of technical software such as Helioscope, PVSyst, QGIS, or AutoCAD.
