If your land is unused or abandoned, we buy it or take it under a surface rights agreement: from idle cost to long-term revenue-generating asset.
We are seeking flat, tree-free land with a minimum area of four hectares (40,000 m2), preferably not too far from industrial or commercial areas. If the land is farmed, with agrivoltaic you can keep cultivating it under and between the panels.

If your land is found to be suitable, one of our specialists will contact you to present our offer and the terms of the preliminary agreement (purchase or surface rights).
We confirm project feasibility by submitting a grid connection request to the electricity operator (about 100-150 business days).
Upon positive grid response, we proceed with the notarial signing of the preliminary agreement and the payment of the first deposit.
Once all the permits are obtained, we proceed with the final deed of purchase or surface rights.
We develop the projects ourselves and accompany you with full transparency throughout the process: from the first site visit to the final deed you always deal with one single counterpart, with no intermediaries and no percentages held back.
Cadastral checks, constraint analysis, grid connection, surveys and permits: every cost is on us. The owner advances and guarantees nothing.
A confirmatory deposit already at the notarial preliminary agreement and, for leases, a competitive rent optionally fully upfront at signing. Terms set in writing from the start.
Sunscape operates in a joint venture with U.S. group Chaberton Energy: financial strength and operational continuity guaranteed for the full contract term.
You don't need to be the owner to work with us. If you know of land with the features we look for (at least 4 hectares, flat, ideally near industrial areas or motorways), put us in touch with the owner: Sunscape pays a commission to the referrer if an agreement is reached.
