If your land is found to be suitable, one of our specialists will contact you to present our offer and the terms of the preliminary agreement (purchase or surface rights).
We confirm project feasibility by submitting a grid connection request to the electricity operator (about 100-150 business days).
Upon positive grid response, we proceed with the notarial signing of the preliminary agreement and the payment of the first deposit.
Once all the permits are obtained, we proceed with the final deed of purchase or surface rights.
